This private basement suite is located in a modern 2-storey house built in 2024 and offers a comfortable, quiet, and fully finished space designed for relaxing stays. The suite features its own private side entrance, a dedicated home theatre setup with a 100” screen and Dolby Atmos surround sound, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette for light meal preparation. Guests will enjoy a private and self-contained stay while being close to D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club, parks, walking paths, shopping, and easy access to Calgary and the Foothills. Please note that the backyard and upper levels of the home are reserved for the owners and are not accessible to guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire private basement suite through a separate side entrance. For convenient self-check-in, each guest will receive their own personalized door PIN before arrival. An email will be sent prior to check-in, allowing guests to choose their preferred PIN code, which will be activated approximately 1 hour before arrival. Coin laundry facilities are available nearby in downtown Okotoks. - The backyard is not accessible to guests. - Because this is a basement suite, some normal daytime household noise from the upper floor may occasionally be heard.
