Beautifully restored former chapel offering space, comfort and relaxed coastal living for families and friends. Just a few miles from Padstow, close to the celebrated Seven Bays (seven stunning sandy beaches along the north Cornwall coast), Camel Trail and outstanding restaurants. The space Over two hundred years old and full of charm, the house combines historic character with warm, welcoming interiors - the perfect base for beach days, countryside walks and cozy evenings together. Ground floor is an open plan living space. Dining table comfortably sits 8 people and the kitchen is well equipped. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two singles as a bunk bed. Beautiful coastal walks are plentiful, Bodmin Moor is easily accessible by car, and Padstow can be reached by foot in an hour, connecting you to coastal footpaths and the Camel Trail. Golf lovers can enjoy renowned courses St Enodoc and Trevose. Food lovers are spoilt choice, outstanding restaurants from Michelin-starred chefs Nathan Outlaw and Paul Ainsworth, alongside famous Rick Stein eateries in and around Padstow and The Pig at Harlyn Bay. Village pubs and a local vineyard, Trevibban Mill, offering wine tours and tastings. Note: Electricity included up to £150 per week. House is powered entirely by electricity. Average weekly bill in the summer is £35-40 and £150 in the winter. Smart meter installed to track usage in real time. Excessive usage over £150 will be charged according to smart meter reading. Guest access Whole property Other things to note For 7 night stays it must be Saturday to Saturday. For stays shorter, 5 nights minimum, stays must fall within the Saturday to Saturday week.
