Welcome to this cozy and spacious guest suite in scenic Ogna. Here, you will stay in a central location in a quiet and established residential area, while nature, mountains, views, and beautiful beaches are right nearby. You will have the entire basement area to yourselves, with a private entrance and a private outdoor area. The suite has two separate bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate toilet. Short distance to the train, store, Lakseelv, playground, skate park, soccer fields, golf, Ogna Scene, and more. The space This is a spacious guest suite of approximately 80 m² (860 sq. ft.) in the basement of a single-family home, with its own entrance and its own outdoor area. The property has two separate bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, a hallway, and a storage room. The largest bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a 120-cm lower bed and a 90-cm upper bed. An extra mattress and a travel cot can be arranged if needed. Guests get made beds and towels. Extra towels are in the bathroom cabinet. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, a microwave, and other necessary appliances. The outdoor area outside the entrance is cozy and sheltered, with good sun conditions for much of the day. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or quiet summer evenings, sheltered from the typical Jærvind wind. Guest access Guests have the entire basement area to themselves during their stay, with a private entrance and a private outdoor area. No indoor areas are shared with the host. The area with paving stones and the garden spot outside the entrance can be used by the guests. The area from the woodshed and further into the property is private. On Ogna, you will find beautiful beaches, forests, mountains, a salmon river, a golf course, and great hiking opportunities. A train station, a store, a gas station, a fast-charging station, and several dining options are within easy reach. Free parking is available in the courtyard or by the mailboxes. There are also additional free parking options about 100 meters from the property. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the basement floor of a single-family home and is a private part of the house. A locked, soundproof, fire-rated door separates the rental area from the rest of the property and is kept closed and locked throughout the stay. Although measures have been taken to reduce noise between the floors, some noise from the floor above, as well as water and drainage noises, may occur during activity in the house. This is not a party venue, and we want quiet guests who are considerate of neighbors and the surrounding area.
