This house is in a gated community of 32 houses . It is situated in town next to the river and the park entrance . It has three floors plus a garage . It has a private garden by the riverside for residents only . Dogs must be kept on leads in the courtyard and garden . Cars must be parked in the garage . the car park is used for visitors or short term parking. Also works vans are not allowed. 2 people and one car only . Stays of longer than 7 days please request before booking . The space The house is in a lovely location by the river and at the entrance to the beautiful park . The garden on the riverbank is for the use of the residents only which of course includes guests . It is a private gated community which is locked at night and a code number is required to open the electric gates . 2 minutes walk into town . The balcony looks out over the garden , bridge and river . There is a garage for one car only . There is a small car park for visitors not for residents.
