SeaBreeze House, Hörte - wonderful sea view

Here you have a lovely house with lots of light and with beautiful sea views and pastures all around. Sea fishing is supposed to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh decor in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with a single bed chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest toilet. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p) as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evenings in the kitchen or you can enjoy the summer evenings out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque. The space Just a 7-minute relaxing walk from the house, you will find Hörte harbor where the famous restaurant Hörte Brygga is located (read in the newspaper Vagabond 2021/3). Outside the house is road 9 (Trelleborg/Ystad) and along it a bike path that stretches from the east (Simrishamn) to Skanör in the west. Road 9 can be heavily trafficked by tourist traffic on some summer days. If you fish for sea fish, the bay outside is one of the better ones for fishing for trout, we have been told. SeaBreeze House shares a plot with SeaBreeze Cottage, which you can also book here on AirBnB (sleeps 6). The terrace is divided for the two houses. Dogs are welcome in SeaBreeze Cottage. Guest access Terrace with barbecue, garden with lawn and various berry bushes and fruit trees. Pallet collars with spice cultivation etc. The whole garden is surrounded by a fence. The garden is shared with Seabreeze Cottage, which is allowed to have a dog. Other things to note If you want the whole terrace and garden for yourselves, you should also book Seabreeze Cottage (sleeps 6). There are plenty of eateries either in Abbekås, Hörte or in the areas around Skivarp. Locally grown produce can be found in Abbekås but also around the villages. Please note that Hörte has no beach. The nearest ones are Mossbystrand or Skateholm beach. The rent includes the rent of sheets, bath towels and hand towels as well as final cleaning.
