Escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside in our charming little Garden House, a cosy and self-contained space attached to our family home. Nestled within 35 acres of private land, it's the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Just let us know when you'd like to swim, and we'll do our best to make sure you have the pool to yourselves. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and includes a counter top induction hob, Ninja airfryer, Ninja counter top oven ,microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and all the essential cookware, crockery, and utensils you'll need during your stay. The Garden Annex offers a bright and spacious upstairs family bathroom, accessed via the main bedroom. While this layout is ideal for couples and families, we also provide access to a downstairs toilet for your convenience. During the day, this toilet is shared with our family, but at night it is locked for the exclusive use of Garden Annex guests, ensuring privacy and easy access throughout the night. Free on-site parking Quiet rural setting with beautiful views and abundant wildlife The Garden House is attached to our home, but you'll have your own accommodation and private entrance. The gardens and pool are shared with us, although guests are welcome to reserve private swimming sessions so they can enjoy the pool exclusively during their stay. When the swimming pool closes for the winter months, we have something special for you to enjoy instead! On crisp, clear evenings, you can enjoy the outside log burner. There's something rather magical about wrapping up warm, sitting around a crackling fire and looking up at the stars—especially away from the lights and noise of the city. Marshmallows, cosy blankets and clear skies highly recommended! We respect our guests' privacy while being nearby should you need anything during your stay. Please note: We run a family business from the property, so you may occasionally see lorries and other business vehicles arriving and departing during weekday working hours. The Garden House is set within our grounds, and we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. We also have four dogs that have free run of the property, so you'll often see them around the gardens and grounds. They are an important part of life here, along with our three cats, who may also come to say hello. Guest access Access to the Garden Annex The Garden Annex has its own private entrance, which is accessed through our main working yard. As this is a lived-in family property, you may see vehicles, equipment, or day-to-day activity in the yard as you arrive. Once through the yard, you'll reach the annex and the peaceful garden beyond. The working yard is simply the access route to the annex, and we kindly ask guests to take care when walking through it and not to enter any other buildings or working areas. If you have any questions on arrival, we're always happy to help. We hope you enjoy your stay and make yourself at home! Other things to note For families with young children: Our property includes a large pond in the shared gardens. The swimming pool is gated, but the pond is unfenced, so we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times while exploring the grounds.
