No excessive noise is tolerated, day or night, and parties/events are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay, in accordance with Airbnb's regulations. 🌬️ Due to the wind, please ensure the top and bottom shutters are securely fastened when open, and properly locked when closed. 🧼 Listing cleanliness Before you leave, please leave the accommodation clean and tidy: dishes washed and put away, garbage cans taken out, floors clean. Additional fees may apply in the event that exceptional cleaning is required. ⚠️ Please let us know promptly of any breakage or malfunction, even if it is minor. 👥 Only those listed on the booking are allowed to stay at the property.
