Vollie House with Hot Tub/Sauna

Vollie House is a converted coach house dating back to the late 18th Century. It has been tastefully modernised and is equipped to accommodate and cater for families/friends or for business use. There are endless walks in all directions from Penpont, you can wander into the hills without seeing a soul, enjoying peace and tranquility. Alternatively, you can endulge yourself in the Hot Tub and Sauna. Please note Airbnb state that Parties or events are not allowed to be booked on this site The space Vollie House consists of 8 bedrooms. The bedrooms are configured in the following way. Room 1 King sized bed with en-suite Room 2 Queen bed (3/4 size or small double) Room 3 King size bed Room 4 Double bed with en suite Room 5 Superking sized bed Room 6 Double bed room Leading to Room 7 2 x single beds Room 8 downstairs King bed with additional double sofa bed There is also a double sofa bed downstairs in the second living room. This can be curtained off for privacy. You will find 5 x bathroom/showeroom/en suites throughout the house. Downstairs there is flexible space with double french doors which can be opened to create one large area for socialising. The kitchen houses adequate cooking facilities to cater for large numbers. There is a rationale self cooking centre, 6 ringed gas job and additional large oven. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a large dining area with a dining table that can seat 20 people comfortably Outside there is a gravel driveway with space for up to 7 cars (9 has been achieved) . Additional parking is also available nearby. To the rear, the garden is lawned with shrubs and trees and has an open outlook over fields and hills. This is enclosed for the safety of children and pets. Within this area is a Hot Tub, Barbecue, Chiminea and seating areas for 20 guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and garden for their sole use. Other things to note Vollie House is within a small village which is a residential area The price quoted is for 16 guests but more can be accommodated for an addition charge.
