Lovely Cosy Cottage near Munich and Augsburg

Countryside + City - Two in One! Our detached cottage is a cozy gem in the countryside with scenic views of nature just between Munich (about 30 min. by car) and Augsburg (about 20 min. by car). Ideal for families with children, couples looking for time out or romance in nature and yet do not want to miss the big city. This is an older cottage with simple furniture, so please do not expect modern luxury and perfection, but idyll and charm! The space Relax on the terrace with a beautiful view and enjoy the unobstructed landscape; Children play peacefully on the trampoline; walks between fields and forest; Admire the Milky Way at night on a starry night; Sitting together romantically around the campfire or barbecuing, even in winter - this is our "House Birdland"! Facility/equipment: The property of approx. 400 square meters (house with fenced garden) is available for your sole use. The vintage-style living and bedrooms extend over two levels. The living room is flooded with light. The roof structure with exposed beams is over 4 m high. The many books on the shelf invite you to spend a cozy reading hour by the fireplace. If you like and can, you are welcome to get creative with our piano: provided you handle it with care... The kitchen is fully equipped. Spices and cooking/cleaning utensils are provided. Children's high chair on request. The bedroom has a high-quality sofa bed as a double bed, 160 x 200 cm. A baby bed including bed linen can be set up on request. The attic can be used as a children's playroom and as a mattress store for 2 sleeping guests, access via a steep ladder in the living room, see photos. There are various board games and many indoor and outdoor children's toys (trampoline, bobby car, balance bike...) available in the house. Free WIFI. In winter the house can only be heated with electric heating and/or a fireplace. Arriving by car is a must. We look forward to seeing you, big or small!
