The space The house has 2 bedrooms suitable for up to 3 guests, while an additional 2 guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. It includes a bathroom, equipped kitchen, living area, lake-facing terraces, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine and private parking. Beside the small pool suspended above the lake, a solar outdoor shower beneath the grapevine overlooking the water adds a special touch to the property. Guest access Guests have access to the house, terraces, pool, outdoor kitchen with grill and parking area. Basic birdwatching equipment is also available, including binoculars and a tripod. The listing includes one half of the house with its own separate entrance and private living spaces. The other half may occasionally be used independently, while both parts share a large covered veranda. Other things to note This is a natural lakeside environment, not a resort area. During warmer months, insects, frogs and other wildlife are part of everyday life here, and water snakes can occasionally be seen near the lake. The terrain around the house is very rocky, with sharp natural stone formations, while the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation is dense, rough and almost impenetrable. Because of this, the property may be less suitable for families with small children. A car is necessary for arrival, as there is no public transportation to the property. The final 5 km follow a narrow paved rural road that some drivers may find challenging. The house is located approximately 35-45 min drive from Podgorica and Cetinje. The nearest larger market is about 30 minutes away, so planning supplies in advance is recommended. However, guests are always welcomed with basic food supplies and essentials already prepared in the house. Although there is public lighting near the property and a small village about 500 meters away, the house itself feels completely isolated and deeply immersed in the wilderness of Lake Skadar National Park. Nights are very quiet and dark, while sunrises and sunsets over the lake and reed beds can be truly spectacular. For guests who appreciate authentic nature and remoteness, the atmosphere here often becomes the most memorable part of the stay.
