The space Villa One – The Main Villa with Pool Step into a spacious, open‑plan living area designed for family gatherings, relaxation, and unwinding in comfort. Fully air‑conditioned throughout, this villa ensures a pleasant stay for everyone. Floor‑to‑ceiling sliding glass doors frame sweeping sea views and let you keep an eye on the poolside fun. These doors remain uncovered, allowing uninterrupted natural light and panoramic vistas. The living space flows seamlessly onto the outdoor deck, perfect for enjoying the tropical breeze. Villa Two – Private Retreat Near the Entrance Located just 100 meters from the main villa, Villa Two offers privacy and convenience, positioned closer to the property’s entrance. A palm‑lined driveway and open lawn connect it seamlessly to the main villa, creating a tranquil setting. Inside, the villa blends a contemporary modern vibe with charming cottage‑style character. It features two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and an airy open‑plan living space — perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a relaxed island escape. Sleeping Arrangements Villa One (Main Villa with Pool): - Master bedroom: King bed + 2 single beds, ensuite bathroom, and walk‑in wardrobe - Bedroom Two: Queen bed - Bedroom Three: Queen bed Villa Two (Private Villa near Entrance): - Bedroom One: King bed - Bedroom Two: Queen bed Kitchens Each villa features its own modern kitchen within the open‑plan living space, designed to encourage connection and shared experiences. The kitchens are equipped with contemporary facilities and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals together. Please note that microwave ovens are not provided. Beach Access There’s a short walk down to the private beach, which feels like a little bush trek. We strongly recommend wearing shoes for comfort and safety. Be sure to take your towel and any essentials with you, as the return walk back up to the villas can be a bit of a climb. Swimming Pool & Towels The villa features a private swimming pool for your enjoyment. Please note that the pool is not fenced, and we cannot accept responsibility for its use. Guests are fully responsible for supervising children and we strongly recommend monitoring all pool activity at all times. We provide bath towels only and do not supply separate pool towels. For your convenience, please bring your own towels specifically for swimming or poolside use. Security The property is fully fenced, with access through a main gate that must remain closed at all times. Both villas are fitted with Crimsafe security screens, providing a secure environment for guests. If you would like added peace of mind, we can arrange an onsite security guard at an additional nightly cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to include this service. House Rules & Restrictions - No smoking inside the villas. - Please respect all furniture and fittings as you would in your own home. Events & Gatherings We are not currently set up to host large events. However, family gatherings of up to 20–25 people are welcome, provided all guests respect the premises. Please note that if any items are lost, damaged, or broken during your stay, you will be liable for the cost of replacement or repair. Guest access The entire space is accessible for guests
