Surrounded by animals and lush landscapes, it offers a unique experience combining relaxation and immersion in farm life. Sheets included Two large windows with beautiful views of nature. Blackout curtains to preserve your privacy and enjoy a restful night. A small closet is also available to store your personal belongings. Extra sleeping arrangements For family stays, the tiny house is equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed, allowing it to accommodate up to 4 people in total. Bed linens included 🍽️ Dining area and kitchen The dining area includes: A coffee table that can be converted into a standing table. A kitchen equipped with the basic utensils needed to prepare your meals. Equipment available You can also find: A toaster. A kettle. A juicer. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with: A whirlpool bathtub for your leisure time. Dry toilet. A multifunctional light fixture that also acts as a Bluetooth speaker with colorful mood lighting. Towels Included 🌿 Outside Space Enjoy a pleasant relaxation area including: Two rattan chairs. Coffee table. A picnic table. 🔌 Comfort and amenities For your comfort, the tiny house is equipped with: A radiator heater. An air cooler. A cordless stick vacuum cleaner. ♻️ Use of the dry toilet To empty the composting toilet, a dedicated bin is available outside the property. It is located a few meters to the right of the tiny home's gate. Guest access To access the tiny house, you have a key box attached to a tree next to the parking space. You have access to the entire home as well as the enclosed space around the tiny house. To visit the farm, please send us a message so we can arrange a time for the visit. For your walks, you can take the path located to the left as you exit the tiny house. Other things to note Around the Tiny House, many activities await you to fully enjoy your stay. Fishing enthusiasts will be able to practice their passion thanks to a fishing license available at the grocery store located in the center of Yèvres. The surroundings also offer beautiful hiking trails, ideal for discovering the landscapes of Beauce and Perche to the rhythm of nature. The region is also full of tourist and heritage sites to visit. Don't miss the famous Maison Picassiette in Chartres, a unique work of naïve art entirely decorated with mosaics. You can also discover Petite Venise de Beauce, a charming town crossed by the Loir, ideal for a walk along the water. History enthusiasts will enjoy a visit to the Château de Châteaudun, a remarkable fortress overlooking the Loir Valley. For a pleasant walk, the Pré Catelan offers a green setting inspired by the world of Marcel Proust. You can also visit the Maison de Tante Léonie - Musée Marcel Proust, which inspired the writer for his iconic work.
