With 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a modern kitchen, parking, WiFi, and cozy touches throughout, it's the perfect base for your Yorkshire adventure. The space Dining and Relaxing Area: A large and light dining and relaxing room. There is a full sized 8 seater dining table, plus extra 2 seats at the breakfast bar. A cosy seating area with leather sofa, sofa-armchair and rocker chair are placed for you to soak up the rural views and watch stunning sunsets through full length glass windows. There's a TV and various books and games to help you relax. Traditional Country Kitchen: With plenty of character and charm, the spacious country kitchen provides the perfect place to prepare your meals. Incorporating a massive range cooker with 2 ovens and 6 cooking rings, a full sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, ample cookware, crockery / utensils and a dishwasher to ease the tidying up after mealtimes. Plus other eating necessities are included eg sauces, condiments, jam, marmalade. The kitchen window overlooks the garden, with a view of a bird feeder for spotting the many rural birds including Woodpeckers and Jays. The Lounge: A good sized area with 2 sofas and bean bags. There are views either side through full glass windows on one side looking out on to the fields, and patio doors on the other leading to the patio area and garden. Here there is also a large TV and a log burning fire. Peaceful Slumber: Off the hall is a good sized bedroom with a set of bunk beds, a single trundle bed and a double wardrobe. This bedroom overlooks the garden. Head up the stained wood staircase to a large and light loft bedroom with a comfy double bed and 2 single beds. There's also a travel cot in the dressing area. Enter the large sized en-suite and enjoy a shower in the good sized walk-in shower before cosying down for the evening. From the main ground floor living area, head down another stained wood staircase to a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and drying rack. From here a small corridor takes you to a large double bedroom which has a cot. This bedroom also enjoys an ample en-suite with walk-in shower and a dressing area with a triple wardrobe with drawers and a separate large set of drawers. All quality bedding and towels are provided. Guest access This is a full house on three floors. Other things to note We provide 2 high chairs and 2 cots (one a travel cot).
