Beautiful villa in in Provence with Large 5x10 pool, gardens, for 10+ guests

Summer family home, with 10X5m swimming pool, sunbeds, garden chairs, barbecue, large garden, playgrounds, in quite surroundings, close to village. Outdoor shower and WC. Five bedrooms, of which one with own external entrance, sleeps 10 adults. In addition, there is a bunk bed for 2 kids The house is about one hour drive from the Nice airport, some 35 minutes from the Saint Raphael TGV train station, and some 12 and 20 minutes from the nearest A8 motorway exit (# 39 from Nice, # 38 from Aix en Provence). The sea resorts are some 30 minutes away: Saint Raphael, Frejus, Saint Aigulf, Agay, Esterel. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted.
