Please note: The property also includes The Rainforest Cabin, a separate private accommodation located towards the rear of the acreage. The cabin has its own dedicated driveway and private access, and is thoughtfully positioned away from The Woodland Residence. The layout of the property has been carefully considered to provide privacy and separation between both spaces. Guests staying at The Woodland Residence will enjoy exclusive use of the main house and its private outdoor areas. As both accommodations have independent access, you may occasionally see guests or vehicles accessing The Rainforest Cabin via their separate driveway. Guest access Access is via a smart lock, allowing convenient 24-hour contactless self check-in. The Woodland Residence has its own private driveway, clearly marked with signage at the front of the property for easy access. Guests can park securely in the dedicated carport located at the front of the residence. Other things to note The residence has been designed with sustainability in mind, embracing a modern eco-conscious lifestyle set against a beautiful rainforest backdrop. It features an advanced 15.3KW solar system paired with a 42KW battery storage system, with EV charging (Type 2, 7KW) also available at no charge and operating as a smart system utilising only excess solar energy produced by the home. It also includes multiple rainwater tanks and premium three-stage UV filtration for clean, self-sufficient water use. An environmentally conscious, chemical-free sewerage reticulation system further enhances its low-impact design, all framed by lush rainforest surroundings that reflect a genuine commitment to sustainable living. The property is nestled beside the rainforest, where sound naturally carries further in the environment.
