Luxurious, Sheltered, Private Villa with Heated Pool

🏡 Luxurious, secluded, completely detached villa – Menderes/İzmir. 260 m² duplex on a 2,000 m² plot, exclusively for your use. 🔒 It is not visible from the outside, is conservative, and is suitable for private accommodation. 🏊‍♀️ Heated private pool: Heating is off from June to the end of September; the pool is used with cool water. 🛏 3 sleeping areas: 1 room on the ground floor, 1 living room + 1 room (double bed) on the upper floor. 🚗 Free parking (2–3 cars). 📍 The airport is 10 km away, and Ephesus, Şirince and Kuşadası are nearby. The space 🛏 Layout: • Ground floor: 1 bedroom (double bed) • Upper floor: 1 living room (with a double bed area) + 1 bedroom (with a double bed). There are a total of 3 double beds. Guest access Our facility is designed as a completely detached and independent villa. There is no common area, shared pool or "shared" system. The guest who makes the reservation has exclusive use of the entire villa; there is no space sharing with other guests and there is no common entrance/access system. Other things to note There are 8 outdoor security cameras at our facility for security and to enforce the house rules. The cameras only cover the entrance and exit areas and the perimeter of the garden; the interior spaces, living areas, and pool area are not covered by cameras. Guest check-in and checkout processes are recorded for security purposes. No extra guests are allowed within the facility. It is not possible to accept people who are not included in the reservation. Loud sounds, professional sound systems, or noisy activities that disturb the environment are strictly not allowed. When using the garden, neighbors' living spaces must be respected. Large breed dogs are not allowed. Our pool is covered and heated between October 1 and June 15 to provide a healthier and more comfortable experience. The heating system is active during this period.
