This property has been fully renovated & in the heart of Margaree Valley on the Cabot Trail!. Located on the river & within steps of snowmobile trails. Restaurants, gas stations within 5kms. The property is designed to allow family’s and groups the opportunity to explore Cape Breton & all its wonders!! Guided Fly fishing, side by side and jeep adventures available. The home comfortably sleeps 8 with the option to utilize smaller temporary beds for up to an additional two guests. The space The home has been renovated with all of today’s charm & amenities. Persevering the historic charm of the old Ingrahms Farm & Hotel. The main level boasts 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 1/2 bath. Formal dining & meeting room! Great room with wood burning fireplace, multiple eating areas & kitchen. The main level is completed with a comfortable library/sunroom. Delightful place to enjoy a coffee or beverage of choice! The upper level has 3 bedrooms & a full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s, USB C & Lighting outlets, nightlights and ceiling mounted fans- all equipped with remotes. There are two patios allowing full enjoyment of the mountain views anytime of day. Walking & biking trails are located on the land and along the river. The property is designed to give family’s and groups the opportunity to enjoy Cape Breton together! We do not allow “ Parties” however certain gatherings are permitted. Please contact host to discuss your intend use. Catering for events and pre planned meals and other food services will be available in June 2026. **** Dogs are only permitted upon approval from host. If you intend to take a dog- please provide age, breed & temperament details to host for pending approval**** Guest access The entire “lodge house” is available. Please note that we are currently building a new home in behind the lodge. Construction is almost complete- however the grounds are still being developed. ** Renters please note the disruption to the grounds around the new house only.** As well as the fact the completion of the interior of the build will not affect your stay in anyway. Side and front gardens as well as both patios & fire pit are not affected by the new house. Other things to note Property is on a well. Please conserve water at all times. each room has 1 bed for 2 people. Two rooms have an additional bed that can be set up. Allowing for an additional person. Please note that when these additional beds are set up the space in said rooms is limited. If planning to use the additional beds host must be notified to be able to supply bedding, etc. ***Dogs permitted only on an approved basis. If you plan on having your dog here we will require to know the breed temperament, etc.. prior to approving. Dogs not permitted on furniture or beds. AC via a ductless system services the communal spaces- great room , kitchen dining room etc. Bedrooms are all equipped with ceiling & floor fans.
