GUESTS Guests are required to complete the verification form, provide valid photo ID and pay the security deposit at least 24 hours before check-in. Please do not book on behalf of other people. Companies are welcome but bookings must be made under the traveler's name. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a refundable AUD $500 damage deposit through our secure external system, Safeguest. Only physical photo identification (driver's licence or passport) is accepted. Digital IDs cannot be accepted. The damage deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no damages are reported. Guests will be required to upload a photo of their ID and a selfie through Safeguest. RULES No pets. No smoking. No parties or events. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. Quiet hours: 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
