The Kitzberg Private Residence for Extended Stays

This property is unique thanks to its secluded, peaceful location on the edge of the forest with views of the Eastern Alps, combined with a 2,000 m² garden, part of which is wooded. The 180 m² chalet combines historic charm, as the former hunting lodge of a traditional Viennese hotel, with modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, large terraces, and an outdoor dining area. Despite its natural seclusion: a supermarket is close and Vienna is a 45-minute drive. A rare gem where nature meets comfort.
