The apartment opens into a living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa bed for two guests. The living room is air conditioned. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower. The surroundings of the Appartamento Quadrifoglio in Sant`Isidoro Appartamento Quadrifoglio is in the lovely seaside location of Sant`Isidoro, near Nard, between Portoselvaggio and Porto Cesareo, which is only 4 kilometers away. The small sand beach of Sant`Isidoro is equipped with a beach establishment and caf. By the house there are various commercial amenities. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 38 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. -Air conditioner in the living room. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 100 euros by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless the damage is confirmed.
