Quiet location near Billingehus & nature

Stay on Billingsluttingen with nature all around and only 2.5 km to the center of Skövde. Separate entrance, a cozy bedroom and quiet location on the road up to Billingehus. Perfect for those who want to combine outdoor life in Billingen with proximity to the city, swimming, restaurants and public transport. The accommodation in has a charming 60s kitchen, renovated bathroom which is shared with any guests in our second guest room. Smart lock, free parking on the street and bus stop 300 m away. The space The accommodation is on the walk-out basement level with its separate entrance, hall and cloakroom. There are two bedrooms here - Ljuset and Stjärnan - as well as a kitchenette and bathroom that are shared if both rooms are booked. Our room Stjärnan (The Star) has a smaller north window for a darker sleeping environment, 160 cm bed, desk, mini fridge and 32" TV (without channels). Please bring your own Chromecast/Firestick etc. The kitchenette is in original 60s standard, functional but without a cooker hood (no frying). There is a microwave and coffee maker here. The bathroom was renovated in the 2000s with a shower. Three steps lead up to the kitchenette from the hall. Check-in is via smart lock with code. The location is quiet, with nature on one side of the house and the city on the other. Billingen's leisure area, Arena Skövde and the center are easily reached by bicycle, bus or car. Outside there are cameras around the property (none indoors). Our friendly dog ​​lives in the house - some dog hair may be present. Other things to note No frying in the kitchenette as there is no cooker hood. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Always lock the front door when you leave the accommodation. Silence and peace between 10.00pm and 6.00am. Entrance, hall, kitchenette and bathroom are shared with any guest in the other room. There are surveillance cameras outside. On some Thursdays during the day, short industrial noises (explosions) can be heard from the surrounding area. When you check out, you take off your bedclothes and put them together with used towels in a laundry basket, throw away rubbish and wash dishes.
