I'm renting a cozy room (15 m2) in a Nice house The room has 1 bed and it's possible to use a 2 bed. The bathroom with shower and bath is shared. They who would working, there's a desk & wifi. The house has a perfect location. There's a supermarket at 50 meters, a bakery and a butcher at 200 m 20 minuten walking distance from the centre of Leuven and the railway station at 1,5 kilometer. Fresh bed sheets and towels are provided. The bathroom (first floor) with toilet, shower and bath is shared. Shampoo & shower gel provided. For those who would like to work, there's a desk & wifi available. There's also a comfortable sofa for relaxing with a fresh brewed coffee from the capsule machine.
