House Molly, living by the river

Experience relaxing days in our newly renovated half-timbered house on the Sieg River. The house is located between Eitorf and Herchen in a small village directly on the Sieg. The popular cycling and hiking trail "Natursteig-Sieg" runs directly below the house. The ancient oaks that line the path along the Sieg in Stromberg are also beautiful. That makes this place something very special. There are many beautiful places to sit, a great natural playground and a soccer field. The space The house is 170 sqm and has three bedrooms (2nd floor), a living room (ground floor), a kitchen (ground floor), a guest toilet (ground floor) and a very large heated conservatory with cooking facilities. For relaxing, there is also a wellness room on the 1st floor with a Finnish sauna. The garden goes around the house and has several places to sit. There are fruit trees, berry bushes, and kitchen herbs that guests are welcome to help. There is also a cozy hammock and several sunbeds. The house is unfortunately not accessible. Please note! Bedroom 3 is a walk-through room to the large bathroom. Maybe late risers shouldn't sleep here ;) The exact layout of the rooms can be found on the floor plan of the 2nd floor (see photo). Guest access You'll have the entire place and the outdoor areas to yourself. Other things to note In winter, it is possible to light the stove. Wood is available and can be requested. A sauna infusion and two cozy bathrobes are available for the sauna.
