Escape with your family to El Edén, a cozy country house with a private pool, surrounded by nature and designed for relaxation. All this just 350 meters from the main road and 20 minutes from Fusagasugá, with the tranquility of the countryside and the convenience of being very close to the city. The space El Edén is a country house of approximately 350 m², located on a private lot of 2,200 m². It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living rooms — one with TV and Netflix — a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing and sharing meals during your stay. The house is surrounded on three sides by a balcony approximately 2.2 meters wide, equipped with rocking chairs, an auxiliary room and two hammocks, ideal for resting, chatting and enjoying the scenery. In a covered area, you'll find a pool table, a sound system, and another auxiliary room, which make up a separate space for recreation. Outside, you can enjoy a 12 × 6 meter private pool, large green areas and a BBQ area with a barrel grill. The property has two work spaces with a desk and ergonomic chair: one in the living room and another in the master bedroom, both with Wi-Fi access. The property has outdoor parking with a capacity for approximately 6 vehicles. The covered garage is not available for guests. Guest access During the stay, guests will have exclusive access to the house, the pool, the green areas, the BBQ area, the pool table area, and the other social areas of the property. The beds and linens will be prepared according to the number of guests included in the booking. Please ensure you correctly register all persons staying at the property. At check-in, all guests will be registered and a general inventory of furniture, equipment and main items of the property will be provided. This inventory will be checked again at check-out, so check-in and check-out must be coordinated in advance with the host. Outdoor parking is available for approximately 6 vehicles. The covered garage is not part of the designated areas. For security reasons, only people included in the reservation will be allowed to enter. Additional visitors are not allowed to enter without prior authorization from the host. Other things to note El Edén is located in a rural setting, so it is normal to find insects, hear animals and perceive the sounds of nature. A channeled stream runs through the property, and the pool does not have a lifeguard service; therefore, children must always be under adult supervision. Access from the main road is suitable for private cars. Occasionally, there may be voltage variations typical of the area, so we recommend protecting high-value electronic equipment. In the surroundings you can enjoy eco-hiking in the hamlet of La Puerta, horseback riding and mountain biking.
