Modern room in the tranquil Kaskelkiez

We only rent to women and couples. A nice room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a private terrace and a view of the spacious green courtyard awaits you. The room is equipped with a kettle so you can enjoy your coffee/tea here in peace. In the relaxed and cozy neighborhood, it's easy to unwind after a day in Berlin. I live here with my daughter, dog and cat. We are of course here for you if you have any questions or need tips. The space The room is accessed via a shared hallway/entrance. The hallway is separated from the rest of the apartment by a curtain and has its own bathroom with a shower tub, which is for your exclusive use. So you have privacy, but of course you are welcome to contact us if you have any questions, etc. I just have to use the washing machine/dryer from time to time; both are also available for your use. Guest access You have access to the bathroom as well as to the bedroom. During your stay We are at home during the day on weekends and in the afternoons during the week. Otherwise, I am available by phone too, or I will call you back as soon as I can if I see that you have called. Other things to note We share our apartment with our dog Rudi and our cat Mango.
