Owl Cottage is a charming old miners cottage which has been fully renovated with original features restored for character There is access to many tourist spots including Pen y Fan, zip world, Bike Park Wales, Cardiff and Swansea. The cottage has double parking space available free of charge, a down stairs shower room and toilet, upstairs bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy The space The cottage offers a double parking space which will allow for two cars or a large van. There is a spacious living room with original flagstone flooring, stone walls and fireplace with log burner. The living room leads through to the kitchen/dining area which is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, oven and hob. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room for convenience. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - one king size bed, one double bed and a single bed. Each room has storage for clothing. There is also a bathroom with fresh towels available for guests. History - The property had been completely derelict for around 30-40 years before David Parsons took over it in 2020 with a project to fully renovate it and bring it back to life and use it as an Air b&b. David poured lots of energy and love into the renovations and enjoyed planning how the property was going to look. David picked the kitchen and some of the furnishings throughout the cottage and looked forward to seeing the end result. Sadly, David passed away suddenly in 2024 and his project of completing the cottage was taken over by his family to ensure it was completed exactly how David had visioned.
