Bright comfortable double bedroom with plenty of storage, venetian blinds, fully lined curtains and central heating, overlooking rear garden. Shared bathroom with rainforest shower over bath. Guests have full use of kitchen/diner and lounge, which has TV and Sky Broadband, as well as access to the garden with plenty of seating, water feature and outside lighting. The space On arrival to our three bedroom semi-detached house you enter through the front door into a small hallway. Stairs lead to the first floor, to your left you are led into a good size lounge with L-shaped seating, TV, Wifi and broadband. Through a small lobby with WC and under stair storage and into the kitchen diner, with dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to the beach themed garden with seating areas, water feature and outside lighting. On the first floor are two good size bedrooms, box room and bathroom with over bath rain forest shower. The guest room looks out to the garden. On street parking is available outside. Guest access Guests are welcome to have full use of kitchen and dining area to cook and eat their own meals as required. There is a gas hob with electric oven, microwaves, toaster, fridge and dishwasher. Please feel free to use the lounge and garden. Upstairs you have your own room and use of the shared bathroom. During your stay You will be sharing the house with me, my husband Paul and our friendly dog, Lola. While we are at home we will be accesable if you need anything or we can be contacted through Airbnb if not available. Other things to note Darlington has close links to the history of the railway. The towns main line station has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and extension. A new and popular attraction in Darlington is Hopetown, a railway museum and themed visitor attraction. Darlington is host too a number of entertainment venues such as, the Hippodrome Theatre, the Forum music venue, Darlington Arena, VUE cinema and numerous restaurants and bars. The A1 North and South is close by. The Market towns of Richmond, Barnard castle and Northallerton are within a 30 minute drive. Knaresborough, Harrogate and Durham are approximately an hours drive.
