A room in a family house close to university

The house is located in a very calm neighbourhood, close to the university (800 m), the bus lines (50 m), and the main car roads (E4 for example). Free parking in the area. Close to nature. Supermarket -City Gross- is very close too (600 m) as well as pharmacy, fitness centers, and restaurants open during the evenings and from a walking distance. Mjärdevi Science Park and some other restaurants are also quite close (10 minutes walk), as well as the golf. The space A large room in a recently renovated house! Nicely furnished and comfortable bedroom on the first floor of our house. It has a comfy bed, a high desk, a chair and a closet. It is located next to the bathroom and near the kitchen. More equipment on demand. Guest access You will have access to your room, furnished according to your needs (2-3 separated single beds or one king size bed with a supplementary single bed or a crib, or a king size bed with a desk...). A closet and a high desk, as well as a chair, are available in your room. You will also have access to the bathroom in which you will find WC and shower. You will of course have access to the kitchen for the breakfast (with microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and toaster). As our guest, you are free to use the bathroom next to your room, the kitchen and the front garden. During your stay Depending on the dates, you will be welcomed by myself, my husband Luc, or both of us! We could help you to find what you want (restaurants, shopping, nature, family activities...) and what you need. We are almost always at least one at home, and we will try to be at your service if you have questions or need any help. Don't hesitate to ask us anything! Other things to note We are close to the bus stop Isborret, lines 4 and 12 that joins to the city center and the train station. The house manual, where you can find useful information, is sent via email one week before your arrival. You can also always ask us!
