The space The house offers approximately 110 m² of living space spread over two floors, plus a basement. From the house and the spacious terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding countryside. Amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Spacious living room with dining area and lake views - Terrace with a dining table and a cozy lounge area - Three bedrooms with a total of six beds: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) - 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm). - One of the bedrooms is accessed through the other, making it particularly suitable for families with children. - Bathroom with bathtub - Bed linen and towels included Lakeside Living & Activities: - Cozy lakeside gazebo - Private dock with seating right by the water - Aluminum rowboat included (no motor provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own outboard or electric motor). - Fishing kayak available free of charge during your stay - Fishing permits can be purchased locally - EV charging station (standard charging included) The Area: Lake Åsunden is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in western Sweden and is surrounded by stunning natural scenery, featuring lush islands, picturesque bays, and scenic viewpoints. At the northern end of the lake lies the charming town of Ulricehamn, offering restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities.
