Modern Country Family Home

Our house is close to The Cotswolds, within a rural village with private access to play park. You'll love our place because of the neighbourhood and the garden. This is a family home, in a quaint village with a great conservatory and garden. Homely living room with large TV and plenty of comfy seating. The space Our house is tucked away at the end of a footpath off of the road and out of view. We have a lovely garden with access to a garden office. Our house sleeps 5: has 2 double bedrooms each with a double bed, and one single room with single bed. The lounge is very spacious if extra friends want to stay with their own airbeds. Guest access We have a key safe with front door key. Code will be given on the day of arrival. You can access all rooms and garden and office. There are steps up to a top-garden with shed and greenhouse, which we discourage the use of as it is shared with neighbours. Other things to note Bin days are Friday. Alternating between Green (general waste) and Blue & Brown (Recycling and garden/food waste) see which ones the neighbours leave out ;-) The local pub The Greenman is wonderful and welcoming. It opens Wed-Sunday and can be very lively with locals singing! Pizzas are served 1st Wed of the month and other pop up food outlets come and go. Keep an eye on the village FB page. The village has two children’s play areas one of which is accessible from the house’s garden. The other is adjacent to the village hall, which itself hosts short-mat bowls, coffee mornings and quiz nights! Anita’s is the local campsite which has a little shop for essentials in the summertime. The owner breeds horses so there are always lovely foals around the village fields. It is a very rural location with footpaths into the beautiful farm land and countryside. Despite its idyllic setting we are close to Banbury with good rail services to Bicester, Oxford and London, or north to Leamington, Coventry and Birmingham. Cotswolds are a stones-throw away as is Silverstone, Warwick, Bicester Village, Cropredy Fairport Festival to name a few attractions.
