The space Just 1 hour from Paris, discover our countryside second home, an authentic Marne house that can accommodate up to 16 guests. Here, you won't find a show home, but a real family home, warm and full of life, designed above all for sharing good times. You will enjoy a large fully equipped kitchen with a bar area and a Beer Pong corner, a large dining room with two large tables to gather everyone, as well as a cozy living room with a large corner sofa and a video projector for your movie nights. An office space is also available for teleworking. The house is spread over several half-floors, offering different sleeping spaces. The three levels each have a double bed and serve the five bedrooms, including a dormitory, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Outside, you will enjoy a large wooded garden, a heated pool, a terrace with a barbecue, a veranda converted into a games room with foosball, an arcade machine and board games, and a gym. Because this is our second home, you may see some personal belongings and decor that give it the charm of a truly lived-in house. We want to offer a simple, warm and authentic place where families and groups of friends can meet in a friendly atmosphere, far from standardized accommodations. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property: the whole house, the garden, the terrace, the veranda/game room, the swimming pool, as well as all the amenities provided. Only the barn, used as a private storage space, is not accessible during the stay. The pool is heated, and its temperature is automatically regulated between 26 and 28°C during its opening period. It is generally accessible from mid-April (or late April depending on weather conditions) until late September. Outside this period, it is winterized and therefore not accessible. Other things to note Important information – Read before booking In order to comply with French regulations and the requirements of our municipality, we may ask you, after your booking, for proof of identification for each guest concerned as well as a bank imprint of €1,000 (this is not a debit). These formalities are mandatory to validate your stay. In the event of a refusal, we will unfortunately not be able to host you. We therefore invite you to read this information before booking. This house is intended for stays with family or friends. Large parties, events and noise are strictly prohibited. Respect for the neighborhood is a priority. The cleaning fee includes final cleaning and the provision of sheets and towels. However, we ask that you return the accommodation in a normal clean condition: dishes washed and put away, refrigerator emptied, trash sorted, and glass placed in the container provided for this purpose in the village. Our team will then ensure a complete cleaning before the next guests arrive. The games, equipment and objects at your disposal are there for everyone to enjoy. Please take care of them and put them back in their place before you leave. Any missing or damaged item or any significant breach of the rules may be subject to a deduction from the security deposit, after verification by our service provider. Finally, we invite you to perform a quick inventory upon your arrival and to report any issues to us immediately. This will allow us to act quickly and avoid any ambiguity when you check out.
