Welcome to our newly renovated brewhouse with walking distance to Öregrund harbor, swimming and beautiful cliffs. Its close to everything! The brewhouse has an open plan and upstairs with two bedrooms. One double bed and 2 120 cm beds. There are 2 terraces, one with a southwest facing position with sun most of the day and the other with nice evening sun. Board games, books and TV with chromecast available. There is large parking in the yard with possibility to charge an electric car as agreed. The space Welcome to our cozy and well-equipped boathouse with year-round standard. Here, you live in a quiet area within walking distance of Öregrund's harbor. In Öregrund's harbor/center, you will find cozy shops, cafes and restaurants. Directly adjacent to the center, there are beautiful bathing cliffs where, during the summer, you can enjoy watching the sun set over the sea and taking lovely evening dips on the sun-warmed rocks. In the area, there are also nice walking paths and illuminated cross-country ski trails. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. It is possible to rent bed linen and towels. Please let the host know in advance. Price SEK 150/set. (Bed linens, bath towel and small hand towel) Cleaning is done by the guest. If cleaning is desired, there is an extra charge of SEK 1,000.
