Villetta Patrizia is a detached house on two levels in the historic center of Deiva Marina. Bright and well renovated, it offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large open space with a living room and kitchen. It has two terraces, one of which overlooks the rooftops and the sea. Set in a quiet setting, it is less than 1 km from the beach, which is easily accessible on foot in ten minutes. Perfect for a relaxing vacation by the sea with an authentic feel. Going up the staircase, you access the large open space where the living room and the dining/kitchen area are located. From here, you can go out onto the terrace with a view of the rooftops: here you will find the barbecue and a table covered by a gazebo that will allow you to enjoy relaxing lunches and dinners on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to a kettle, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, the washing machine is also located here. The supermarket is near the sea, about 800 meters from the house. The station is about 500 meters from the house, with the possibility of reaching Cinque Terre, Moneglia, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita, and Portofino in less than half an hour.
