The space The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the 800 year old Abbeyside church, the Dungarvan coast line and Helvick head. Opening onto Abbeyside Beach, it's the ideal place for a morning or evening walk. The location is minutes from the start of the Waterford Greenway, Ireland’s spectacular new cycleway. There's also private parking for 2 cars(please keep driveway clear to the adjoining property)and a very large garden and patio area, perfect for summer barbecues. The kitchen/dining area is open-plan and spacious with a large island in the centre for preparing food. There are also two large sitting rooms and a dining room downstairs, where guests can relax. Two of the four bedrooms are ensuite and the master bedroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. All bathrooms have power showers and the main bathroom has a whirlpool bath. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, private parking and the patio/large garden area. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy any DVDs/LPs/Books that take your fancy!
