Casa Andy is a detached house with a private garden, parking space, and an outdoor area equipped for pleasant moments outdoors. Located away from busy roads and in the heart of the countryside. The house consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a laundry room. The space Casa Andy is a detached villa on two levels. From the house, you enter directly into the living room, where there is a very comfortable sofa bed and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing while reading a good book or for resting. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, gas cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils you need to feel at home. The rooms (one double and one single), tastefully furnished, are equipped with a closet and a full set of linens. The single room also offers a smart-working station, perfect for those who need to work/study in a quiet environment. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, a shower, soaps, and a hairdryer, all available for guests to use, while the smaller bathroom on the first floor has a toilet and a sink (towels included). Casa Andy also provides a laundry area, with a washing machine, drying rack, and iron, so that guests can keep their clothes clean at all times. Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Andy is perfect for discovering the wonders of Tuscany: - PISA less than 10 km away: the Leaning Tower and the historic center of the city are easily accessible. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away. In addition, it is very convenient for getting to the sea; the closest beach is Marina di Vecchiano, but in just a few more minutes, you can also reach Marina di Pisa, which, with its harbor, offers breathtaking sunsets. - LUCCA, less than 25 km away: a perfect city to explore by bike, riding above its ancient walls, and, of course, don't miss the famous “Lucca Comix.” - VIAREGGIO and FORTE DEI MARMI, less than 19 miles away: towns renowned for their elegance and sophistication, with high-end boutiques, well-kept seaside resorts, and stylish waterfront restaurants. The highway entrance is just 5 km away. For nature lovers, just 8 km away is the Migliarino San Rossore Nature Park, which offers ideal routes for walks (on foot, by bike, and on horseback), hiking, and birdwatching. Guest access Our guests will have the entire house to themselves, including the outdoor areas. Casa Andy has two/three parking spaces for small-/medium-sized cars, as the gate has an opening of 7.2 feet (2.20 meters). Street parking is always available. Access to the property is via a small private courtyard. Please note: The courtyard is a thoroughfare and available to everyone; therefore, it will not be possible to park cars or other vehicles there. Other things to note 🐾 IMPORTANT: There are some cats 🐱 living in the area, which roam freely in the garden. Also, some neighbors have pets, so I can only host dogs that have a calm and sociable temperament.
