Inside, you'll find a cozy fireplace. Lyckehus is made for families who want to enjoy peace, nature, comfort and wellness together. The beds are made, towels are provided, and final cleaning is included. The space The house is spacious and equipped with all the comforts. In the large, fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal together: a dishwasher, electric hob, spacious fridge, freezer and large oven. Olive oil and various herbs are provided, as are coffee and tea, tea towels and dishwasher cubes, all in stock. Lyckehus comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults and 3 children. When you arrive, the beds are already made up and the towels are ready. This is how the vacation starts immediately. After a day full of experiences, relax by the crackling fire from the fireplace in the living room, or enjoy the wellness facilities: the wood-fired hot tub and sauna in the garden. The very spacious garden offers privacy and invites you to long, relaxing evenings under the stars. If you are lucky you even spot the northern lights from our garden. Several terraces have been created, where you can use the barbecue during the summer months. Our attached patio is accessible directly from the house and feels like an additional outdoor room. In the morning, take a seat in the luxurious lounge set with a delicious cup of fresh coffee. Or slide at the dining table for an extensive brunch. Thanks to its sheltered location, you can enjoy comfort, privacy and the outdoors in every season. In the dining room there is a generous dining table of 3 meters where you will gather with the whole group for dinners, a good conversation or a game. A nice place for long, cozy evenings and plenty of quality time with each other. Thanks to the two washers and two dryers, you don't have to think about anything, everything is there to make your stay completely carefree. Especially for families with young children, there is a crib, high chair and changing mat available. Our house is on the edge of the village, with various amenities such as a supermarket, restaurants and shops a short distance away. At the same time, the house borders directly on the edge of the forest, giving you the best of both worlds: convenience and nature. Just 50 meters from the house you can walk into the woods, perfect for a fresh morning walk or a quiet moment in nature. Within a 5-minute drive you can reach a vast nature reserve with multiple hiking trails, ideal for walking, running or going out with a stroller. And just a 7 minute drive away is a beautiful lake where you can swim, fish, picnic or just enjoy the tranquility and views. Kosta is located between the 2 major cities of Växjo (45 minutes) and Kalmar (55 minutes). Guest access You have complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire house and the spacious garden during your stay. Feel at home, relax and enjoy the tranquility, the nature and all the space that Lyckehus has to offer. A storage cabinet in the kitchen, two small storage attics and the garage are used for private storage. These spaces are locked and therefore not accessible to guests. This has no further impact on your stay or the use of the property. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price.
