Just a short stroll from the village shop, local pub and the beautiful beach at Robin Hood's Bay, it's ideally located for exploring the coast. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright open-plan living and dining area, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the coast. There's also a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a conservatory overlooking the garden, and a convenient downstairs WC. The first floor offers two comfortable double bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the other with a standard double bed. You'll also find the family bathroom, which features both a bath and a separate shower cubicle with an electric shower. On the second floor is a further bedroom with two single beds, making the house ideal for families or groups of friends. Outside, you'll have access to a private, south-facing garden with a small lawn and decking area – the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine. A garden table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining or relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Parking is available on the street on a first-come, first-served basis. We usually have no trouble finding a space nearby, and there is additional on-street parking available in the surrounding roads around the Flyingthorpe area. The recently refurbished Flying Dales pub is located just across the road and is well worth a visit for food or a drink. If you're exploring Robin Hood's Bay, we also highly recommend **The Victoria Hotel** and The Dolphin in the lower village, both are among our favourite places to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. As these pubs are very popular, especially during weekends and holidays, we recommend booking a table in advance if you plan to dine there.
