This ancient stone settlement invites travelers to step into a living postcard of Old Albania where every narrow alleyway and weathered archway tells a story centuries in the making. Perfect for couples or families travelling together. Shared garden & veranda decorated with traditional arch walls, outdoor kitchen, barbeque and pool. The space The Spacious Apartment located in 1° floor, with it's open space living room & kitchen corner offers the nature feeling of the wooden roof. You will have the pleasure to cook you favourite meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen corner offers garden and mountain view from the 2 arch windows. The living space disposes a sofa bed & a sofa, TV, free WiFi & air conditioner. The two arch windows in the living offers views of the mountains, the village and "Saint Spiridon" Church. The double bedroom (air conditioned) with access from the living area, disposes 4 arch windows, wooden roof and an eyeview stone wall. The feeling of sleeping in a castle will surprise you. The family bathroom, which disposes a shower, wc-bidet, sink, washing machine, electric boiler for hot water, is designed in 2 separate spaces. The veranda, outdoor barbecue and pool is shared with the other guests. Guest access How to reach Upper Qeparo? Vila Olive is located in a rural village, just a 10-minute drive from coastal Qeparo village. We highly recommend using a car due to the village’s hillside location. How to reach Villa Olive Old Qeparo? The villa is accessible only by foot. Arrived in the small parking area in the village square (a public parking), please walk along the narrow stone paths and turn left after "Te Rrapi në Qeparo" Restaurant. Follow this path straight, along the narrow street paved with cobblestone. Vila Olive is approximately 200 meters by foot from the square. Due to this surroundings, Vila Olive may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Other things to note The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Mobile Signal Mobile phone reception in Upper Qeparo may vary depending on your service company, and some areas may have weaker signal. Water Tap water in the area is not recommended for drinking. We suggest using bottled water for your safety and comfort. Access After parking in the main square or settled on parking area, the house can be reached after 300-meter walk along a traditional stone path (approximately 6 minutes).
