If approaching from the Hurligham side, turn left and then immediately after the corner. Reception is inside the ALTURA building, opposite Mayfair. If approaching from the Hurlingham side, on the left is ALTURA – turn left and then immediately after the corner – is ALTURA building, proceed to Reception. The receptionist will welcome you and take you to the floor of your apartment. 🚗 IF YOU ARE DRIVING Parking is available on any available space from Level 3 to Level 5. After parking, the Security Guards will assist you and direct you to Reception for check-in and take you to the floor where the unit is . 🔑 SELF CHECK-IN The lockbox is located next to the apartment entrance. 1. Push the lockbox cover down. 2. Enter your personal code: [CODE]. 3. Hold the black button downward together with the lock opener. 4. Once the lockbox opens, take the apartment key attached to the blue access chip. 5. Close the lockbox securely and scramble/mix the numbers. 6. Do not give the apartment or lockbox access code to anyone not included in your reservation. 🔵 BLUE ACCESS CHIP The blue chip is required to access the lifts. Please keep the blue chip and apartment key with you throughout your stay. 🧳 CHECK-OUT Before leaving: 1. Make sure you have all your belongings. 2. Close the windows, switch off the lights. the TV, and water-heater and lock the apartment door. 3. Return the apartment key and blue chip to the lockbox next to the apartment entrance. • Close the lockbox securely and Scramble/mix the numbers on the lockbox. 4. Use the lift to go the Reception. Should you need to go to the other floor s, the Receptionist will assist . 5. Send us a message through Airbnb to confirm that you have checked out. HOT WATER- Instructions To switch on the hot water: 1. Open the door behind the dining area. 2. Switch on the water heater. 3. Turn on the heater switch located behind the entrance door. 4. Please allow approximately 10 minutes for the water to heat up. Once the water is hot, you can enjoy your shower. 🧺 Linen & Towels We kindly ask guests to treat the bed linen and towels with care and avoid using them with makeup, oils, shoe polish, food, or other substances that may cause permanent stains. • Guests may be responsible for excessive or permanent staining or damage that requires replacement. ♻️ Thank you for helping us care for the environment - 🌿 To support a more sustainable stay, we kindly encourage you to reuse your towels when possible. • Every small effort helps us save water and energy. • 🚿 💡 Please remember to switch off the water heater when it is not in use.
