Here, you can enjoy lovely panoramic views over the garden and swimming pool, stretching down the valley towards Sami. Your Private Outdoor Oasis: Swimming Pool: A sparkling 8m x 4m private pool (depth 0.8m- 1.5m). Sun Terrace: A poolside terrace complete with sunbeds, parasols, pool shower and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. BBQ House: A dedicated barbecue area with its own dining table and sink, perfect for alfresco feasts. Lounge Pergola: A comfortable rattan sofa set under a pergola for shaded comfort. Villa Layout: Ground Floor: Features the open-plan living space, a convenient shower room with a washing machine, and direct access to the sea-view terrace. First Floor: Home to two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a TV and sliding patio doors that open to a private balcony with stunning pool and sea views. One bedroom offers a double bed with an en-suite shower room, while the other has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Guest Access The entire villa, private swimming pool, and gardens are exclusively for your use. We provide all bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels for your convenience. The Neighborhood A short, 5-minute drive down the hill takes you into the charming fishing village of Sami. Find a prime position at a waterfront taverna or café to sip a fredo cappuccino while watching the sailing boats and ferries come and go. While Sami has its own beach, a trip to the next bay is highly recommended. At Antisamos beach, pine-cloaked mountains drop steeply to meet a crescent of white pebbles and crystal-clear turquoise waters. For a change of scenery, the nearby beach of Agia Paraskevi offers water sport facilities. Getting Around Private parking is available for you on the driveway.
