Located at the end of a forest path, it offers quiet, nature, and no neighbors overlooking, perfect for unwinding. No-kill fishing is possible on site (carp, perch, black bass) with a surcharge of €10/day/fisherman to ensure the maintenance and quality of the pond. Limited telephone network: here, we come mainly to disconnect 😊 The space ✨ Welcome to this unique and totally independent cottage, nestled in the heart of nature. Located on a 3,000 m² private plot, at the end of a forest path, it offers a quiet, unspoiled setting with no one opposite, ideal for recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. This 42 m² cottage, fully equipped with water (non-potable), electricity and heating, has a private pond, children's games and a pétanque court. A perfect place to enjoy simple moments with family, friends or as a couple. The property cannot be booked for the day. In order to fully enjoy the setting and preserve the tranquility of the place, bookings are only made for a minimum of 2 nights. 💦 Water ⚠️ Important information regarding water: The accommodation is supplied by a pumping and filtration system. The water is perfectly suitable for sanitary use (shower, hand washing, dishwashing), but it is not considered potable and must not be consumed. Due to its source and the way the system works, the water may have a distinctive odor, sometimes quite strong, even after filtration. This is normal in this type of accommodation located in the heart of nature and does not mean that the filtration system is not working. 🎣 Fishing For enthusiasts, no-kill fishing with barbless hooks is possible directly on-site: carp, perch, pike, black bass. A surcharge of €10 per day and per fisherman is required to contribute to the maintenance of the pond, preserve the quality of the water, and guarantee a beautiful fishing environment. ⚠️ Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited. 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements The accommodation has a comfortable 160x200 bed as well as a 140x200 convertible sofa bed in the living room, with sheets provided. 🛋️ Living Area A pleasant space with a TV providing access to DTT channels, perfect for your leisure time. 🍴 Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, a coffee maker with coffee and a kettle with tea, so you can cook just like at home. 🔥 Outdoor area & meals A barbecue/pizza oven is available for you to fully enjoy outdoor dining. Coal and wood are not provided. 🛁 Bathroom Modern bathroom with walk-in shower. ⚠️ Important information: the water is not potable. 🐾 Animals Only one pet is allowed during the stay. 🧼 Linens & products Towels and hygiene products are provided for a turnkey stay. 📵 Things to know As the house is located in the middle of the forest, the telephone network may be limited. This is also what gives the place all its charm: here, people come mainly to disconnect, enjoy the calm, and recharge. The estate is intentionally Wi-Fi-free to encourage disconnection and allow guests to fully enjoy the calm, nature, and forest setting. Only people registered on the reservation are allowed to access the accommodation. Any party or gathering is strictly forbidden, and smoking or vaping inside is strictly prohibited. Any breach of these rules will lead to prosecution. Please follow these instructions to ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay.
