The space Casa Dulce unfolds across three levels, offering spacious and welcoming interiors designed for comfort, relaxation, privacy, and shared moments. On the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by an elegant open-plan living area, the heart of the villa, featuring a comfortable lounge with a sofa bed, a stylish bar corner for evening aperitifs, a dining area, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, sightseeing, or exploring the surrounding area. The first floor is dedicated to gathering together. Here you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining room, a cozy lounge with a workspace including a desk and a sofa bed, ideal for remote working, and a double bedroom. The top floor offers an even more intimate atmosphere, featuring an air-conditioned double bedroom, a charming stone bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace furnished with an outdoor lounge, overlooking the peaceful Ligurian hills and the villa's garden. Other things to note To help you plan your stay, please take a moment to read the following information: Casa Dulce is a historic villa spread over three levels. Access to the property requires climbing an external flight of stairs, and all floors inside the villa are connected exclusively by staircases. The villa does not have a lift, so we recommend extra care for families travelling with young children and for guests with reduced mobility. A private courtyard is available within the property, where you can conveniently park your car. The garden also features a service bathroom, particularly useful while enjoying the swimming pool and outdoor areas. Important information: the hot tub is currently unavailable due to maintenance.
