At the foot of the slopes, skis on and direct chairlift during the ski season, close to Lake Serre-Ponçon, the Durance, the Embrun water park in summer, our cottage is ideally located! Our entire cottage is the chalet de Prébois, it includes 3 properties that you can book together or separately. This gite in Les Orres is La part Aconit and can accommodate 5 to 7 people. The other 2 parts (for 10 and 2 people are the subject of 2 other listings.) The space Aconit is the part of our chalet for 5 to 7 people with 1 bedroom, 1 large mountain corner, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, a spacious SOUTH FACING kitchen living room, complete equipment, a large terrace (with wooden table and its benches) and a beautiful view of the mountains and the track, everything is in a warm mountain style to offer you a successful holiday! In winter, the chalet is at the foot of the slopes and ski-in/ski-out, opposite a chairlift, you leave and ski back..........on the terrace! The photos clearly show the different parts of the rental, and here are the details: South terrace on the chairlift and track side. Entry directly into your stay: Living room side: 2 sofas including a 1 or 2 sleeping trundle, furniture and tv 82 cm (TNT), window door, window, terrace. Kitchen side: large table (180cm x 90 cm) and its benches, fridge with freezer , equipped kitchen: dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob (4 hearths), extractor hood, large combined microwave oven rotating heat, toaster, electric kettle, filter insulated coffee maker + Nespresso machine, raclette-pierrade, fondue machine, pancake oven. Dishes and pots and pans adapted to the capacity of the rental. Window. West balcony access. Sanitary facilities: 1 separate WC 1 shower room with shower cubicle and single vanity + mirror and towel dryer. Washing machine. The entire place is very bright and well exposed. Guest access Guests will have access to Aconit, with large south facing terrace in our CHALET de Prébois as well as a ski room. Maximum capacity is 7 people, ideally 2 to 4 adults and 3 children. Other things to note Linens are not included. You have the option to rent the SHEETS: €16 per bed, to be booked BEFORE your arrival. Towels: €8 per person. Guest access Guests will have access to the independent Aconit part for 7 people in our chalet in Prébois: a beautiful south-facing terrace with views of the slopes and mountains and a table to eat outside, a living kitchen with seating area (pull-out sofa sleeping 2 people, Rest bed, a bedroom (double bed) , a large mountain corner (3 bunk single beds 90x190), a toilet and a separate bathroom. Other things to note The maximum capacity is set at 7 people, no derogation can take place, no guest will be accepted. It is specified that the comfort capacity is 5 people ideally 2 adults and 3 children. We accept on request before booking 1 pet except category 1 and 2.
