Welcome to The Swan's Nest, a unique octagon retreat in Swan Reach. This light-filled home features beautiful stained-glass windows, an open-plan design and a cosy sunken lounge perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by peace and nature, it's a calming space to unwind, reconnect and recharge. Whether you're escaping for a romantic getaway or a quiet country break, The Swan's Nest offers a memorable stay full of charm, character and tranquillity. The space The ‘Swans Nest’ octagon is comfortably nestled on 16 acres of both pasture and native bushland. It is the 1 st of 2 dwellings on the property. The area to the front of your dwelling is private to yourself and your guests. It is accessed by the lower driveway and you’ll have your own undercover car park, garden, fully screened outdoor dining area, zen garden, courtyard and of course the beautiful Octagon. The top driveway heads towards the second dwelling and is used by the hosts Deanna and Gavin. There is a furry friend on the property. Her name is Millie. She will undoubtedly pop by to say hi. If you are uncomfortable around dogs please let us know. We have two very friendly cows on the property. Miss Piggy and Flutter. They currently have calves at foot. The calves are curious however, unlike their mothers, are a bit shy to be patted. The cows are happy to be patted at the fence however if you’d like to interact with them further let us know. They love to be brushed. Guest access As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the front gardens, the tranquil Zen Garden, the private rear courtyard, the fully screened outdoor dining area, and of course, The Swans Nest itself. You're welcome to explore the property and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Please note that Deanna and Gavin live in a separate residence at the rear of the property, so you may occasionally see them during your stay. A few country property guidelines: • If you open a gate, please ensure it is closed behind you. • For your safety, please do not enter the cow paddocks without guidance. Our cows are very friendly and curious, but they are large animals who sometimes forget just how big they are and can be a little clumsy.
