Perfect house for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. The house has 4 bedrooms, with 4 double beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 11 people, or 12 people with extra beds on request. You will enjoy 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a large garden and a barbecue. The rate is attractive, as some finishing work is still underway in the house. The space Large house ideal for families and groups – 4 bedrooms, garden and parking It has 4 bedrooms, 4 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, to comfortably accommodate several guests. Our house is divided into two separate units. This layout allows you to share wonderful moments with family or friends while enjoying more privacy. 1. The main area: space, comfort and conviviality. On the ground floor you will find: - A large, welcoming living room; - A dining room with a large table that can seat 10 to 12 people; - A fully equipped kitchen - A bathroom with shower and sink; - A toilet; - Two bedrooms. Upstairs: - A third large bedroom; - A small terrace, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. 2. The second part: a separate space Located at the back of the house, this section includes: - An independent studio; - A fully equipped kitchen - A bathroom with shower and sink; - A toilet; - One bedroom. How do I get to the studio? As shown in the photos, when you arrive, turn right, then take the brown door on the left, before going through the blue door. 🚗 3. Convenient parking You can park your vehicle inside the property or outside. 4. Your peace and privacy I live in the second part of the house with my dog. The two parts are separated, and we do not share the living spaces. We look forward to hosting you! Other things to note We simply ask that you respect the quietness of the neighborhood between 11 pm and 9 am, especially for our elderly neighbors. You can of course arrive very late; that is not a problem. We only ask that you pay attention to the noise, especially outside or when the windows are open: please avoid speaking very loudly and playing music at a high volume during these times.
