Location - Pigi, Crete Villa Pigi combines modern living in a rustic village setting as it sits among a few other houses in the small hamlet of Pigi. In the evenings, you can see the twinkling lights of Tavronitis, the seaside village about 10 km away. The valley occasionally hosts wild peacocks, whose calls add a natural charm. The nearest village, Voukoulies, is a 10-minute downhill drive and offers a bakery, two mini markets, and a couple of cafeneons where locals tend to watch the world go by. The fire-to-table taverna Frosini's Garden and the Charma Beer brewery are just a short drive away. It’s the ideal base for exploring western Crete and returning to a comfortable, contemporary villa.
