Modern house, near the beach, perfect for Families

Our four bedroomed detached family house offers a contemporary open plan living space, with a kitchen, dining and living room area, that opens up to the outside on to our large decking area in our sunny south facing garden. Our home is in a quiet and peaceful area, but very close to the beach, which is 7 minutes walk away and even closer to shops. We’ve got the beach towels ready to go. The space We’ve just finishing renovating our home, so it’s been freshly decorated and refitted throughout with new furniture ready for you to enjoy. If you like cooking, you will love using our kitchen, it’s got a fab Smeg oven range, Bosch fridge with cold water drinking facility and cupboards with all the cooking equipment you will need. Our Master Bedroom and Front Bedroom have king size beds, both fitted with 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets for you to relax and enjoy your lie ins during your stay. Our Master Bedroom has views over the garden and woodlands and has an en-suite, fitted with underfloor heating and a rainfall shower. We have a fun kids bedroom with a bunk bed that sleeps two, with a play tent. We’ve also fully kitted it out with toys and a selection of bedtime books to keep them busy. We have a family bathroom with underfloor heating and a large bath, for fun bath times. In addition to that we have a high chair, kids bowls, plates, mugs and cutlery. The front downstairs room can be used as a separate bedroom or as a snug, with a TV and games. In this room, there is a large sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two children or one adult. We also have a convenient downstairs toilet just in our hallway. Our driveway offers off road parking for 2 cars. Guest access You will have the whole house and garden to use at your leisure. Other things to note You will be given a code for the key safe for self check in upon arrival. This means you can arrive whenever you want after the check in time of 5pm
