Welcome to the studios Aldermaston/Tadley at Porkers cottage, we are a smallholding very conveniently placed near local tourist attractions, businesses and amenities. Walking distance of AWE Aldermaston. Our studios have outside seating areas that overlook our paddocks and animals, we have playful mini shetland ponies, friendly sheep and an array of free ranging poultry. Depending on laying seasons, we can have fresh eggs available. Woodland walks right from the doorstep The space Whilst on a good main route we are tucked away just off the main rd and back onto woods. Great mix of convenience and relaxation. Our studios are well equipped with everything thing you need for a comfortable stay with food preparation areas, dining areas and en-suite shower rooms. They are self catering but will have tea, coffee and milk on arrival. The food preparation areas include, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, with ample utensils and cutlery/crockery etc. Guest access Guests will be given full details on arrival for our main gate and a code to come and go as they please, they will have full access to their room and outside seating area. We also have a nice area outside our paddocks where guests are welcome to sit and you are welcome to say hello to our friendly animals. There is secure parking onsite near the studios. Other things to note There are animals onsite so there will be some animal noises. We have friendly dogs and chickens/ducks free ranging. (guests outside seating is enclosed so animals cannot access these areas or guests rooms) . It is a working small holding so there will be some general noise during the day, but we are very respectful of visitors early mornings and evenings.
