Two bedroom apartment in an excellent location. Clean, bright and modern facilities in a quaint small Cotswold town, Shipston-on-Stour. Less than 5 min walk to amenities, lovely pubs and artisan shops. Centrally located for Shakespeare Country, Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle, Stow-on-the-Wold. Bedding and towels provided. Lovely powerful Electric Shower and Bath. Fully equipped kitchen including oven hob dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. 40" TV with streaming. Fast unlimited WiFi. The space The apartment is located at the top right corner of the car park that the map sends you to, (see attached in PICTURES) FREE car park on the left just before you enter the Mill Court 1 min walk, you are welcome to unload outside flat then please move your car to that car park. The master bed room consists of a lovely comfortable super king size bed and a wardrobe which is for your use only. The view from the window is of the quaint village and shops. The second room has a comfortable cosy double bed and a wardrobe for your use only, with bedding for the sofa bed on the top shelf. The ottoman in the hall is full of towels that you might need. The bathroom has a lovely powerful shower and is stocked with toiletries that you are welcome to use! The Lounge has a double sofa bed and is decorated modern and clean throughout, consisting of a dining table, chairs, comfy armchair and a flat screen TV with freeview, catchup and Netflix The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for 4 people. Its lovely and bright with a nice view of the village. It has all the mod cons including dishwasher which is a treat! All cleaning products provided. I have provided you with tea, coffee making facilities. WiFi code is on a blackboard in the kitchen and on the back of the router. I can provide a taxi service if needed please ask! Please be aware that as there is a shared entrance to the flats we insist that all our guests show consideration to our neighbours in keeping noise levels down especially when arriving and departing.
