This house has two en-suite double bedrooms, both with king-size beds, and a sofa bed in the separate living room with downstairs bathroom sleeping five. The house is equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, ninja airfryer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils The space The Coach House can sleep up to 5 guests, with two en-suite double bedrooms, both featuring luxurious king-size beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom features a smart TV and complimentary bathrobes, perfect for use when enjoying the swim spa. Kitchen & Dining The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: Hob and oven Fridge Washer-dryer Wine cooler Nespresso coffee machine Ninja double air fryer Kettle and toaster Full range of cooking utensils There is comfortable bench seating along with a dining table seating up to 5 guests. Living Room The separate living room provides a cosy and welcoming space to relax, with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. There is also access to a downstairs bathroom with a shower, that can be used as an en-suite if using the living room at night as a bedroom Outside The Coach House has its own private, fenced outdoor area with seating, providing a lovely spot to sit back and relax during your stay. The property also enjoys access to the beautiful walled garden, where you’ll find an array of fruit trees, including apple, pear and plum. Guests are welcome to pick the fruit when it is ripe, normally from late August through to October. Swim spa The sunken swim spa is located at the bottom of the extensive Walled garden in a private space surrounded by trees and shrubs in front of an historic round tower, temperature is set usually at 38.5 degrees If both the Coach House and the Groom's House are booked at the same time, each house can allocate one private 2-hour swim spa session per day throughout their stay. Just write your preferred private time on the white board located at the entrance of the walled garden. All other times are available to use. Guests have full access to the beautiful extensive walled garden that hosts a swim spa hot tub in a secluded corner of the garden in front of a round tower. The house has a private fenced off gravel area with seating and festoon lights. The Coach house sister property the Groom’s house sleeps 8 in 2 en-suite 1 twin small double room. Both properties share the walled garden and swim spa. Other things to note The Coach House features a private gravelled outdoor area, fully fenced for added privacy. Guests also have full access to the large walled garden and swim spa, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. There are deep ponds located outside the walled garden area.
